1. Dismount assembly

2. Curved arm assembly
The composite mechanism of folding arm and sleeve telescopic arm is used to make the movement of the mechanism more flexible and improve work efficiency.
Using high-strength materials, the weight of the entire crank arm assembly is reduced, increasing the stable performance of the machine.
3. Electrical system
The electrical system adopts CAN bus control technology, the base and platform are set up with control panels, the platform is set up with displays, and the CAN bus is used to communicate between the turntable and the platform controller to realize the control of machine movements.
The main functions of the electrical system are realized:
steering and ride control of the chassis; The rotation of the turntable, the rise and fall of the curved arm, and the telescopic action of the extension arm.
Implemented security protection measures:
The control system integrates tilt sensing to limit the rise and movement of the machine in hazardous ground conditions;
Load alarm system, if the safety load is exceeded, the machine will automatically alarm;
The handle is integrated with an interlock switch to prevent the machine from moving when the handle is accidentally touched;
When the machine loses power, the ground operator can use the hand pump equipped with the machine to retract the telescopic arm;
When the machine is in the raised state, it is automatically limited to low speed travel;
The two wheels are automatically locked when parking, and the brakes are automatically released when the hydraulic force is driving.
4. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system is driven by a pump, which is directly driven by a battery to power the hydraulic system. The hydraulic assembly adopts components provided by Hydraforce in the United States, and the hydraulic system adopts electro-hydraulic proportional control technology, which can achieve smooth operation of the machine. Walking is divided into two levels: high and low.
The lifting cylinder is equipped with a buffer mechanism to make the final descent action smooth; The balance valve on the cylinder ensures that the cylinder does not automatically descend when the hydraulic hose breaks;
leveling the cylinder ensures that the working groove is automatically leveled throughout the working phase of the machine;
The machine cylinder is equipped with an emergency drop valve, which allows the platform to descend at a smooth speed in case of unexpected failure and lack of power, ensuring the safety of personnel.
